Many of you have been asking about my CPTSD Recovery Group and it's time. Since we're still in Covid Chaos I'll be hosting the group meetings through Zoom beginning on Sunday evenings in July. This group is free to those who feel they suffer from CPTSD symptoms or those who love someone who suffers. There is a 12-Step program, personal inventory, brain bulb exercises, but mostly lots of support and encouragement to heal and stay regulated. There is a small monthly membership donation that covers internet fees, a free copy of my guide book for your studies, a donation to the CPTSD Foundation, and materials received for your healing binder. Please note, this is a CO-ED group, LGBTQ friendly, and for ages 18 and up. The rules are simple, it's a group to help, not hurt. There will be no tolerance for anything that hinders another's healing. Thanks guys!
